Match Point Construction LLC (MPC) is a family-owned business that has been serving Southern Nevada since 2006. The owner, Kevin Faber, has been working in residential and multi-family construction for over 30 years. MPC takes a hands-on approach throughout the building process by spending time on-site and during per-construction to ensure the job exceeds our customers expectations. Match Point Construction is experienced with complete unit overhauls as well as tenant-occupied improvements. We focus on minimizing intrusion into your day-to-day business, while wrapping up projects in a timely manner so that you can resume business as usual. We take on projects both large and small, and have experience working with property managers throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
Kevin Faber, owner of Match Point Construction, has been framing since the late 70's. His experience and knowledge is what allows us to provide a structurally sound building while shaving valuable weeks off your build. We work closely with the structural engineers on the project to ensure your building will meet or exceed all locally building codes. We are currently accepting work on residential homes, commercial buildings, and multi-family projects.
Our main focus is to make your addition look like it has always been a part of your home. We will work with you throughout the process to build an expansion that fits your needs and adds value to your home.
We take great pride updating a dated living space and giving it a modern face lift. Removing walls, updating finishes, and reworking your space can make your house your Home. We are happy to review your plans and let you know what options are available to you. Renovating your home is less expensive than a new home purchase and will add value and appeal when you are ready to sell.
Adjusting doors, swapping hardware and fixtures, drywall repairs, plumbing repairs. and paint are all part of owning a home. We are happy to assist with your projects.
In Las Vegas, shade is necessary. A patio cover will provide an escape from the sun, give a place to mount a fan or light fixture, and reduce mid-day sun on surrounding windows. The addition of heaters or misting systems can provide year-round comfort in your outdoor space.

Kevin Faber
Owner

Kevin Faber has been working in the construction industry for over 38 years. Kevin’s experience started in framing multi-family and single family custom residences. He managed the field operations for KFX Framing & Divine Carpentry. In 2006, Kevin began working on his own under Match Point Construction LLC. Since 2006, Kevin has managed a variety of projects including residential remodels, custom homes, tenant improvement projects, and restaurant build outs. Kevin’s experience and trade relationships in the Las Vegas area are key to completing high quality projects on budget and on time.

Project Manager

Andrea Sutton is the Office/Project Manager at Match Point Construction. She prides herself in creating successful partnerships with customers by providing support through every step of the design, planning and construction process.
